Joseph Kim was an excellent help in the process of setting up a Roth IRA and answering all of my detailed questions. His customer service was superior, which is why I decided to go with iMetahurb vs. BitIRA. BitIRA did not have a specialist available to speak with me when I called. They said the specialist would call me back. I waited over two hours for a callback but never received a call from BitIRA. I am still trying to fund with iMetahurb. ITrust has done what they need to do but my bank has been annoying! I spoke to Joseph about faxing the request again. (my bank did receive the first request but decided to ignore it!) . He said he would have them send the fax again today.
