- Usage Data, such as system activity, internal and external information related to iTrust Capital pages that you visit and clickstream information; and
- Approximate geolocation data, such as latitude-longitude coordinates obtained through GPS tools, WiFi data, cell tower triangulation or other techniques.

iTrustCapital is not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information of children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete it from our systems.

We retain your Personal Information (including geo-location data) for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide services to you, for our legitimate business purposes, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. If you close your account with us, we will continue to retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our policies, legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our privacy practices, enhance user experience, or comply with relevant laws.
