Roth IRA

A Roth IRA is a type of Individual Retirement Account (IRA) that allows individuals to invest in assets using after-tax dollars. This means that contributions made to a Roth IRA are not tax-deductible, but when an individual takes a qualified distribution in retirement, the earnings are tax-free*.
