Staking Pools

A staking pool is an entity that allows cryptocurrency holders to combine their resources and increase their chances of validating transactions on a Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain network.

In a PoS system, validators are chosen to secure the network based on the amount of crypto assets they hold and stake as collateral.

By staking in a staking pool, participants can increase their chance of being chosen to validate transactions.

Staking pools are managed by pool operators, who are responsible for managing the pool’s resources and distributing rewards to pool participants.
